Should I avoid all plastic parts for durability?
Not necessarily, but be selective. Plastic net hooks are fine. Avoid plastic in critical structural locations like bracket covers that take direct impact or pivot points. Any plastic used should be explicitly UV-stabilized and high-impact rated.
How often should I tighten bolts on a double rim system?
